Preparation
As a birth doula, my goal is to make sure you and your partner feel adequately prepared for your child birth experience. Through prenatal visits and ongoing communication we will work together to create a birth plan.
Encouragement
Throughout your pregnancy and birthing experience, I will be available to answer questions and ease your anxieties and fears. My goal is to be a constant source of encouragement so you never doubt your capabilities.
Support
My role as a birth doula is always in a supporting capacity. I will offer emotional, physical, informational, and partner support throughout your pregnancy and child birth experience.
